The Minnesota Correctional Facility – Lino Lakes is seeking to fill two permanent full-time positions.  The Sex Offender Treatment Program is a nationally recognized program with demonstrated effectiveness in reducing risk for reoffending through treatment for chemical dependency and sexual offending.  Be part of a mission-driven integrated 270 bed treatment program that addresses sexual offending, substance abuse/dependency and mental health issues with an evidence-informed approach!

Job Description:

This position operates as a member of a multidisciplinary team.  Job duties include psychosexual evaluations, mental health assessments and services, medication and symptom management, and the implementation and monitoring of treatment plans. Additional responsibilities may include developing and facilitating psycho-educational and therapy groups. This position also serves as a resource of clinical and corrections expertise to other clinical and non-clinical staff.  This position has direct contact with offenders.  Days of Work: Monday-Friday, 7:45 am-4:15 pm.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Completion of a Doctorate in Psychology or equivalent Doctorate.
  • Current licensure in Minnesota as a Licensed Psychologist (LP). (NOTE: Applicants that have met the educational requirements for licensure may be considered for a provisional appointment until fully licensed.)
