JOB SUMMARY

Don’t miss this opportunity to take a leadership role with a learning organization! The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is seeking a talented Clinical Supervisor at our Moose Lake campus. In this role, the Clinical Supervisor works on the leading edge of the comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and management of civilly committed sexual offenders. We are committed to being a leader in the industry and implementing the latest research throughout all aspects of our program. In each of the three phases of treatment programming, the overall goal is to prepare clients for a safe and successful return to the community. CLINICAL SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Management and oversight of sex offender specific programming and treatment
  • Clinical supervision of therapists
  • Compliance with licensing, certification and established rules
  • Developing policies, directives, instructions and operating practices that support program goals andobjectives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work or closely related field
  • Licensed OR licensed eligible as an independent clinical mental health professional in another state withthe ability to obtain Minnesota licensure within six (6) months from date of hire; (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW)
  • 2 years of clinical supervisory experience with mental health and/or sexual offender treatment orassessment OR 2 years professional-level clinical experience with sexual offender treatment or assessment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Full independent licensure and significant supervisory experience
