The MnATSA Board is looking forward to engaging more with our members and community. Starting in fall 2020, we will host virtual discussions about topics that are related to our work. We will host these discussions quarterly. We will announce the topic each quarter and encourage attendees to read or watch something relevant to the topic to bring to the discussion. We want to discuss how these topics relate to our work and hope to connect more with our colleagues and community of professionals.
The board will share the topic for each quarter and coordinate the event, but the discussion itself will be round table. Invitees will include our membership and others who do this work in our communities; we will use previous training/conference rosters to reach people via email about the event.
We hope you can join us for our first virtual gathering on November 4, 2020. Grab a cup of coffee (or tea) and join us via Zoom for a round table discussion. As a reminder, the first quarter’s topic is anti-racism.We invite you to read or watch something on the topic to bring to the “table.” We will send out a Zoom link closer to the date. We are hoping for a great turn out and look forward to seeing you on the 4th!
